Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy

PT Akselera Sibertek Strategika ("Akselera Tech", "we", "us") provides technology services including but not limited to: Platform Development (web and mobile applications), AI Implementation, Cloud Infrastructure, Digital Marketing 360, Data Analytics & Strategy, and ERP/System Integration. Our services are available for businesses, organizations, and institutions across various industries.

All projects begin with a consultation and proposal. Upon acceptance of our proposal and payment of the initial deposit, a formal agreement is established. Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in the project proposal document. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect timeline and pricing.

Clients are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information required for project execution, timely feedback and approvals at designated milestones, ensuring they have rights to all materials (logos, content, images) provided to us, designating a primary contact person for project communication, and timely payment according to agreed terms.

We are responsible for: delivering services as specified in the agreed proposal, maintaining professional standards in all deliverables, providing regular project updates and communication, protecting client confidential information, and offering post-launch support as agreed in the proposal.

Standard payment structure: 50% deposit upon project commencement, 25% at mid-project milestone, 25% upon project completion. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal (USD or IDR).

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Akselera Tech retains rights to: general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed independently, the right to showcase the project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed), and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.

Akselera Tech liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or business opportunities, issues arising from client-provided materials, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then mediation, and if necessary, through the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions: project cancellation before work begins (full deposit refund minus 10% administrative fee), project cancellation after work begins (prorated based on work completed), deliverables significantly differ from agreed specifications (after reasonable correction attempts).

The following are not eligible for refund: completed and approved deliverables, third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, licenses, etc.), rush fees and expedited service charges, consulting hours already provided, and custom development work already delivered.

To request a refund: submit a written request to sync@akselera.tech or contact our team via WhatsApp at +62-816-246-649, include your project details and reason for refund request, our team will review within 5 business days, if approved, refund will be processed within 14 business days.

For projects cancelled mid-way: 0-25% project completion: 75% of paid amount refunded, 25-50% project completion: 50% of paid amount refunded, 50-75% project completion: 25% of paid amount refunded, 75%+ project completion: no refund (but all completed work delivered).

If you disagree with a refund decision: contact our management team for review, provide additional documentation if available, we commit to fair resolution within 10 business days. Our goal is mutual satisfaction, and we work with clients to find reasonable solutions.
